Is it safe for kids and pets?

Yes. All products we use are EPA-approved and safe for families and pets once dry (typically 30–60 minutes after application). Your technician will walk you through everything on the first visit. If anyone in your household has allergies or sensitivities, let your tech know before treatment begins.

What if bugs come back after treatment?

That is exactly what our 60-Day No Bugs Guarantee covers. If covered pests return within 60 days of your last quarterly service, we come back and re-treat at no additional charge. Just call or text us and we'll get it scheduled.

Question 3

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long-term contract. We use a 12-month rate-lock agreement, your price stays the same for 12 months and there's no cancellation fee. Your rate is locked. You are not.

Do I need to be home for service?

Exterior treatment does not require you to be home. Interior treatment is completed when access is available. We text before every visit so there are no surprises.

How soon can you come out?

We can typically schedule your initial SWAT Sweep within one week of signing up.

What about bed bugs or termites?

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your current service cycle.

Why do I see more bugs right after treatment?

This is completely normal. The product flushes pests out of hiding as they contact treated surfaces. Activity should drop significantly by days 5–7, with full protection active by days 10–14.
